Kristy L. Kemp, LLB
Kristy Kemp’s heart and soul are in The Bahamas—from Nassau to the Family Islands. Her deep roots have brought her into the halls of the Ministry, throughout the halls of justice, and to clients from The Abacos to Inagua.
Kristy (and Paradigm Advisor) practices Real Estate Law, Corporate Law, Estate Planning and Probate, Immigration, Risk and Compliance law. Her work has brought her into such cases as the sale of oil tankers, buying and selling real property, setting up and developing corporate structures and businesses for domestic and international clients (both small and large). She is also an expert at negotiating and structuring domestic and overseas acquisitions and joint ventures.

Ms. Kemp was admitted to the bars of England and Wales and The Bahamas Bar Association in 2009. She is a member of the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple and The Bahamas Association of Compliance Officers, as well as the International Bar Association.
Kristy earned her Bachelors of Law (LLB) in 2005 from the University of Buckingham and her Associates in Law & Criminal Justice in 2002 from the College of the Bahamas.
Additionally she earned an Interior Design diploma from Florence Design Academy (Florence, Italy) in 2006.
Kristy Kemp is a Director at the Ranfurly Homes of Children and is a member of the Rotary Club of East Nassau.
